HIMANSHI JAIN (Founding Managing Partner) has been practicing in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi HighCourt and various district courts/ forums. As a practicing attorney She has come across and worked on a diverse legal issue ranging from matrimonial toproperty, from corporate issues to intellectual property law issues, From banking to regulatory issues. She has worked with some of the finest in the legal industry and has been vigorously trained in the field of advocacy and lawyering skills. Watching the fast paced world of infringement of intellectual property rights, Himanshi decided to go and dwell into this area of law with an understanding of the economic aspects intellectual property harnesses. She has counselled a vast number of companies from different disciplines including but not exhausting big pharmaceuticals, IT companies (both hardware and software), Network Service Providers, banking institutions. To name a few companies, Himanshi has represented Meesho, Airtel Payments Bank, Axis Bank, Intel, V-mart, Burger Company amongst others. Himanshi heads the litigation team at the firm and along with her team regularly appears before the Supreme Court, various High Courts across the nation and district courts in the states of Delhi, UP and Haryana.

He had work with a number of multinational banks, and private and public sector banks in the areas of corporate banking, consumer banking, custodial and financial services, trade finance, microfinance etc. He has represented Axis Angle One, HDFC, ICICI, RBL etc. He has also advised clients in the sphere of Arbitration before various Tribunal.
